Aaron Quintana started training in combat sports at the age of 15. Initially started with boxing and wrestling, and then began studying Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to improve striking and grappling skills. Currently, he holds a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and have competed in various tournaments and bouts such as Muay Thai, MMA and submission grappling. He’s is also an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer.

Apart from actively competing in MMA and Jiu Jitsu, he also coaches and teaches martial arts to people of all levels. Coach Aaron finds great satisfaction in helping others learn and develop their skills in combat sports, as it can empower and help break personal barriers. His approach as a coach is to assist you in achieving your desired outcomes, whether it’s self-defense, building physical and mental resilience, boosting your confidence, stepping out of your comfort zone, or competing.
